Can’t I just clean it up by myself?

When can I expect my home to return to normal?
This all depends on the situation, as every property damage scenario is different. Normally, the drying process takes about 3-5 days, but could take longer if there was a serious flood. This also depends on the amount of reconstruction or repair work that is necessary.

Do I have to pay immediately?
No, the initial inspection is free. We’ll then provide you and your insurance company with an estimate. After that, we can typically bill your insurance company directly. No work is completed without your approval first.
Do I have to work with the contractor my insurance company recommended?
You have the right to choose your own contractor, regardless if your insurance company recommended them or not.
